I would have been out thousands of dollars if I had trusted the salesman or the financing department. Lack of accountability. Oil change took 3 hours apparently due to confusion with another vehicle's tags. The day after the oil change I get engine issues with the car. Servi Oil change took 3 hours apparently due to confusion with another vehicle's tags. The day after the oil change I get engine issues with the car. Service department refused to take accountability for failing to diagnose all of my car's problems forcing me to return the vehicle multiple times, costing me time and hundreds more in alternative transportation costs. When I asked service manager about this lack of accountability, I get excuses like "we're not going to check for turbo actuator problems when you bring your vehicle in for failing to start." Customers want to bring their cars to someone who is responsive and an expert in their field. Red McCombs Superior Hyundai has people who don't return phone calls and fail to diagnose/anticipate vehicle problems despite having multiple opportunities to do so. I will not be bringing my car back again. More
