Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and just general common courtesy offered here at the service center. We dropped our car off at 10 am for an oil change . NO thank you, no sorry for the Inconvenience or anything . Some porter pulled car up and no one came out to say anything so we just got into our car drove away. Iwe have never dealt with dealerships like this before. Don’t think we will be buying another Hyundai in the future. My daughter didn’t even get her Free car wash certificate when car was purchased. Not very happy with This dealership. We got the run around every time we called - from oh Amber is on the phone , oh Amber isn’t here to she’s busy. So which is it. Turns out Amber wasn’t even our advisor. Some guy named Sid ? Was and he even confirmed my daughter’s cell phone back to her drop off time. And still no call till 5pm . Seriously a 7 hour oil change! They charge you $950 which I asked what’s that chard for they said detailing the car and getting it ready. I had to go back multiple times because the car was not detailed.
