My oil was double filled on my previous visit and could have caused some costly damages and when I brought this up on my most recent visit they mentioned that they would tell them not to do it again. I fee have caused some costly damages and when I brought this up on my most recent visit they mentioned that they would tell them not to do it again. I feel as if I cant even trust getting something as simple as an oil change done here. More

Bill Wyman did a wonderful job of finding the exact car I was looking for. I wanted an all wheel drive EV that I could put a trailer hitch and roof rack on and could handle the weather in Spokane Washington was looking for. Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. I did ask when I got there and they told me they would take about an hour, which I was willing to wait. But if they had told me they were going to ta I did ask when I got there and they told me they would take about an hour, which I was willing to wait. But if they had told me they were going to take 3 hours I would’ve asked to be picked up while they worked on my car and I wouldn’t have minded the wait. More
