My overall sales experience was good, but several serious issues left me concerned about the dealership’s communication and customer service. First, I specifically wanted a gas model but was shown a hybrid without being told. I only learned it was a hybrid during the financing stage. If the sales team had provided the vehicle sticker when requested, this confusion would have been avoided. Second, I did not receive a proper walkthrough of the vehicle’s features. A thorough orientation is critical for a major purchase, and its absence was disappointing. Third, I was told the vehicle included all-weather floor mats that would be ordered, but they were never placed. I had to reach out myself, and once the mats arrived, they sat in the parts department for over a week with no one contacting me. When I finally came to pick them up, I was met with a porter who spoke to me in a condescending “parent-to-child” manner instead of treating me with respect. I hope these issues are not indicative of the level of service I can expect going forward. I made a significant investment in this vehicle and expect communication, follow-through, and respect to match the level of my purchase. More
