The car I bought from there turned out to be unreliable. Update as of 10/14/23…I’m very pleased that Red McCombs stepped up and made things right. My situation was handled personally by the sales managers Adam and Marc Anthony, who followed up personally with me. They immediately got me into a loaner and ended up replacing the entire engine at no cost to me. I am very pleased with how they handled everything. Orig post: I had great experience with all staff when buying the car. Nice, friendly people and very smooth process. My salesman Jonathan was outstanding and the finance guy was great to work with too! However, my I bought my car on Friday afternoon, and on that Sunday afternoon, it completely stopped working. It stalled out on the highway and I had to call a tow truck. When their office is open I’m planning to call them to see if they can make things right. More
