I really had a very poor experience here. I did buy a vehicle and I feel I got a fair price in the end, but the process took more than 5 hours, even though we had already settled on a price o I did buy a vehicle and I feel I got a fair price in the end, but the process took more than 5 hours, even though we had already settled on a price over the phone (I thought). It felt like they were intentionally wasting my time. I walked in expecting the online advertised price plus a few Hyundai advertised rebates that I knew I qualified for. It should have been simple, but they spent time making me re “negotiate” the price we had already discussed (there should have been no negotiation at all since the price was based on available discounts etc that I researched in advance), repeatedly leaving to find a manager to approve my discounts, and adding in fees for things I didn’t want. By the time I got to finance I was so exhausted that that I could hardly understand the paperwork, wish was really discouraging. I know that’s all typical for a car dealership, but I still cannot recommend it. More
