I was told that if I was the first person to get to the the service site, my car would be the first to get worked on. I arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t get out until 11:00 am. I had a terrible experience with the service department to address multiple recalls. Despite my efforts to stay informed, I had to keep calling just to get an estimate on my car. Eventually, I had to press to address multiple recalls. Despite my efforts to stay informed, I had to keep calling just to get an estimate on my car. Eventually, I had to pressure the person handling my case to give me a timeline because I need my car and they weren't going to provide me a ride. Unfortunately, I was then informed that they could not service my headlights because they needed to get the part in. I was told I would receive a call in six weeks, but that never happened. Every time I call, I end up on hold for at least 20 minutes and I can never get through to the service department because I get rerouted to sales. I truly love my 2019 Elantra, but my experience with the service department has left me unsure about buying another one. More
