Took two weeks to complete a quoted one week job. New damage to the vehicle was found when coming to pick it up / claims rep said he'd have it fixed but didn't and then tried to say the car was brou New damage to the vehicle was found when coming to pick it up / claims rep said he'd have it fixed but didn't and then tried to say the car was brought in that condition when the before and after photos proved him wrong. I tried to stay in the Red McCombs family for quality work but found out they didn't even do the work and use a sub-contractor and are just the middlemen. I will go to a more local body shop next time, probably cheaper anyway. Go elsewhere if you can. Definitely, expect the time quoted to be wrong and take photos of your car at time of dropping off and inspect it at time of pickup. More
