This was a repeat trip for a very unusual problem. After I explained the strange symptoms my car was experiencing, the service rep made sure all those items were thoroughly documented in her notes. The service technician took all the input and through detective work uncovered the problem, a chafed wire. He successfully repaired the wire and sealed up the bundle, and ensured the problem was fixed on the subsequent test drive. I'm very happy with the overall service experience, and the result. It took time, and was not something an inexperienced team would have fixed. Kudos to the entire service team. More

Service was good, but my service advisor did not keep in touch. Estimated wait time of 2 hrs and sent me a text with a phone number to contact him. At 3 hrs, I texted him. Nothing back. Voicemail and no return call. Then spoke with another service advisor and got my car 15 minutes later.
