The service advisor, speed, and process as a whole for my quick oil change service was great. My only complaint would have been the lack of customer service I received at the cashier window. From start to finish was such a great experience. We first met with Wayne when I was beginning to look he was delightful, made test driving less nerve racking. I never felt pressured just supported! When I finally made the decision on my Hyundai Tuscon, Nate helped me get an amazing deal!! (Even though we are ride or die UT fans and Nate is an Ohio fan, I would highly recommend everyone work with him!) Also,, he said it would take about 1.5 from start to finish and it took about 1.75 from final test drive to financing to leaving with my new car. I even had a bet with friends how long it would take and almost unanimously they all said 5+ hours. Boy were they wrong! Such a fantastic experience. In addition, Oscar helped us with the financing (wait until you see his amazing desk) and made it so seamless! He didn’t pressure us, just explained, was upfront and helped us make a plan that was best for our family. 10/10 would recommend over and over again. More
