Just bought a used Ford Focus from Red McCombs Hyundai, and overall, it was a solid experience. I went in with a bit of hesitation (you know how used car buying can be), but the team there was surprisingly and overall, it was a solid experience. I went in with a bit of hesitation (you know how used car buying can be), but the team there was surprisingly chill and transparent throughout the process. The salesperson I worked with was super helpful—not pushy at all—and took the time to walk me through the car’s history and what had been done to get it ready for sale. The car was clean, drove well on the test drive, and the price was fair compared to others I’d been looking at. The paperwork didn’t take forever, which I really appreciated. They were clear about fees, financing options, and didn’t try to sneak in any last-minute surprises. I also liked that they followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with everything. Only minor complaint: I had to check back in a couple of times to get the second key fob they owed me, but they did come through in the end. All in all, I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a used car. Good vibes, fair deals, and a way less stressful experience than I expected. More
