Unaurprisingly this dealership cannot honor what they agreed to and must be reminded . We agreed as a part of my deal that there would be no Red McCombs labels or branding on the vehicle and of course th agreed to and must be reminded . We agreed as a part of my deal that there would be no Red McCombs labels or branding on the vehicle and of course there was. They said they must have forgotten. Not likely. After the deal was negotiated and the vehicle was paid for with cash they still were trying to add on packages instead of mentioning them when we were negotiating. What a dick move but again not unexpected from a car dealership. Also had to remove far to much plastic and protective covers the manufacturer had put on. Begs to wonder what kind of dealer prep they actually do. More
My experience was a little mixed. The work on the car was fine, but communication was sparse and I felt that I was not sure what the timeframe for the repair would be. The problem first had to be diagnosed then repaired (if necessary) so I understood that the total time needed was dependent on the nature of the repair needed, but there was not much communication to keep me informed about the progress. I should mention that I was able to get a ride home after dropping the car off at the dealer and the driver of the shuttle was very personable and provided good service. More
