Admittedly, we came in for a specific deal that we'd researched online, so the discussion was more and the test drive, options, colors, and Hyundai in general. James was patient and focused. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and we never felt like our time was being wasted, either. In handling the finances with Max, we felt more like getting information from a best friend than getting the sales speech from a salesman / lawyer. Details and pros / cons were explained, including upcharge warranty options, but it all felt like genuine informing without intending to be pushy or to use scare tactics to make the extra sale. We truly appreciated the experience and would love to come back and shop here, again. More
