The dealership was very clean and the staff were welcoming and not intrusive. Tony greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us a 2021 Toyota Avalon. While I was unhappy that my Hybrid had a battery failure at approx. 6,000 miles, and that Hyundai didn't have the battery in stock locally, meaning I had a 5 day wait.
