After leaving my 2017 Hyundai Tucson as an original owner with under 100,00 miles they said my car needed a new engine (by text) for a quote of $10,800. The manager insisted it was maintenance neglect and w with under 100,00 miles they said my car needed a new engine (by text) for a quote of $10,800. The manager insisted it was maintenance neglect and was rude and unhelpful. I had to insist he see if it would be covered under the power train warranty. He begrudgingly agreed but was very negative. I have been a loyal Hyundai customer having purchased two vehicles and referred family. Never again. More
