I had been calling Red McCombs for over 4 weeks to schedule a time for me to come in, and not once did a representative tell me I have to make my appointments online. After leaving my 2017 Hyundai Tucson as an original owner with under 100,00 miles they said my car needed a new engine (by text) for a quote of $10,800. The manager insisted it was maintenance neglect and w with under 100,00 miles they said my car needed a new engine (by text) for a quote of $10,800. The manager insisted it was maintenance neglect and was rude and unhelpful. I had to insist he see if it would be covered under the power train warranty. He begrudgingly agreed but was very negative.
