Porters, cashier, and Gustav were nice. My car still has a factory warranty and I was told it didn't apply to my vehicle because I bought it used. I arrived at the service center and waited for a service advisor to walk out and meet me. After ten minutes, I realized that wasn't going to happen, which was rather interesting as the service reps at all t advisor to walk out and meet me. After ten minutes, I realized that wasn't going to happen, which was rather interesting as the service reps at all the other dealerships I've dealt with came out to the car to greet me and take down the information. The service itself was performed in a short amount of time. I wish I could say that getting my car returned was the same, but once again, McCombs dropped the ball as far as communicating this to the porters. At 11 AM I was told that my car was ready and would be in the pickup area. I waited until 11:34 (yes I checked my watch) before one of the service advisors asked if I needed help. I told her what had happened and she called the porters to go retrieve my car. Another thing I noticed was that at other dealerships that I've done business with, they put down a temporary paper floor mat when moving cars. That didn't happen here. But, when I opened my passenger side door today I did find the large card that they usually hang on the rear view mirror on the floor. This is yet another issue that I've had with the McCombs dealership. As much as I spent in my car, I am beginning to regret doing business with this dealership. It is becoming more and more obvious that customer care is not at the top of your list of priorities. More
