My anxiety of walking into a dealership was high because some make you feel that you need to buy a car on the spot. This was not the case at Red McCombs Hyundai. There was no pressure, we test drove the cars I had on my list, which I appreciated because it made it easier to choose my car. He walked me thru all the new functionalities; I was thankful for this because going from a 2012 to a 2026 oh wow there is a lot of new stuff. Went back a few days later for a refresher, he was so helpful just like the first day I meet him. The process with Oscar Fernando was terrific; he went thru all the final documents, left feeling good and happy that my car was insured and at a price that worked for me.
