Promised darkest tiny allowed by law. Paid a small fortune for the tint. Got two windows barely tinted. Been trying to resolve. Small dings in hood of new vehicle. After I realized,Ed the tint issue, I was told it's the "darkest they have" and they only tint front two windows - never disclosed prior to purchase of the "appearance package." About $750 to tint 2 windows poorly and with very light tint that does nothing in the Texas heat. Cannot get management response in spite of reporting and talking to sales rep repeatedly. Guess I'll have to make a scene on the showroom floor or just proceed with legal claim. The longer I wait for resolution the more irritated I become. Next step is to bring a deceptive trade practices act against the dealership. Don't have much faith in their service department due to shady work already on brand new 2024 vehicle. Extremely unhappy with he clear DTPA and breach of warranties. Only had the vehicle about 2 weeks. More
