I was disappointed with my experience as I had made an appointment and took off work to bring my car in for maintenance only to be told after waiting an hour and a half that the part would need to be orde appointment and took off work to bring my car in for maintenance only to be told after waiting an hour and a half that the part would need to be ordered and that I would need to return causing it to be a total bust of a morning. Now I have to return another time and take off work again. Not only did they not work ahead of time to try to mitigate this situation from happening, there were multiple workers sitting there seemingly not doing anything but talking and hanging out. When my car finally was ready I was the one to walk myself out to my car and confirm that it was in fact my car instead of walking out with me to ensure everything I needed had been completed. Very disappointed that we bought a brand new car in March of 2025 and have received this lack of customer service since. More

My service representative was attentive and explained everything that was going to be performed by the maintenance technician in easily understandable terms. Other than Ariel's willingness to make us happy and Joe's expertise in the financing department, the service area was slow and no cross training. If I called in to speak with the service manager, only 1 pers expertise in the financing department, the service area was slow and no cross training. If I called in to speak with the service manager, only 1 person could help me. And the person available to answer the phone was not amiable enough to offer a call back or to say someone will be with you shortly. They tried to get the service person to answer the call but she was not available, so they left me on hold. The waiting between the decision to buy and the process for the paperwork took a long time. They didn't explain why. If they had, it would have been better received. Like, "we're trying to get you financed..." More
