Took Santa Fe in for recall work: multi fuse and security software upgrade. AFTER signing consent for work to be performed, a fee of $109 was added. Initially told.it was a computer glitch but then informed software upgrade. AFTER signing consent for work to be performed, a fee of $109 was added. When I asked to speak with that manager was told he was "busy" with another vehicle (how convenient). Very shady business practice More
