Hannah was very knowledgeable of the vehicle she sold me, and made the test drive fun. She answered all of my questions and stayed late for me to make sure all of my paperwork was handled. I have continued to have problems with starting my 2022 Tucson Hybrid. It is very inconvenient to use the key fob to manually open the door, then use the battery reset to finally start the car. Based on the internet this is a common problem with this model. Why has it Not been recalled? I am nervous that it will leave me and my disabled husband stranded one of these days. The service department kept this car for5 days and found nothing wrong. This battery drain , low battery voltage is happening on a weekly basis. I will be taking the vehicle for a 30,000 mile check. Is it a Hyundai hybrid problem or a lemon? More
