Service department took my vehicle Friday, June 7th. They did not diagnose my vehicle and provide me an estimate until Monday, June 10th. I did not receive a loan vehicle until Monday, June 10th and t They did not diagnose my vehicle and provide me an estimate until Monday, June 10th. I did not receive a loan vehicle until Monday, June 10th and then only when I complained that I did not expect my vehicle to be kept for that long. Repairs were completed Thursday, June 13th, at which point the service department said that the extended warranty company had not paid out on the claim and that they had to keep the vehicle longer. I did not receive a timeline when I asked for an ETA. I did not receive updates about the wait time unless I prompted the service department first. The service department did not say they were attempting to resolve the issue with the warranty company unless I prompted them first. The vehicle was not returned to me until Wednesday, June 19th. More
