Service center didn't even notice a nail sticking out 2 inches from the tire and still Rotated it without removing it. This lack of detail, attention, and quality craftsmanship Is the reason we are going to take our vehicle to another service center. When you're charged several thousands of dollars more for your purchase of a new car and maintenance package you expect exceptional maintenance service. That wasn't the case and my wife and I are very disappointee with this center. More

Very courteous staff; however, I was not informed as often as I would have liked on the status of my car. The length of time to complete my repairs was at least double what is acceptable, as it took 30 often as I would have liked on the status of my car.
