Service was simple and those involved courteous. Waiting area was nice. Was a rather long wait for the regular oil change service though. About 3+ hours. Too busy, wouldn’t listen or take my paper work. First Advisor said unless check engine light is on, they wouldn’t cover it. Called several times & service calls put on hold. Without an appointment, the dealership was nice and helpful. Fixed a tire that was flat and in trunk. Rotated tires and oil change.
