When I first walked in to the dealer ship I had specific needs in my choice of Electric Vehicle as I am getting ready to move to a much colder and mountainous area. Once I decided to purchase a car, he helped me set up bluelink and other things unique to the Ionic 5 that I had never heard of. While he was getting these things done he had DiegoPeinado go over more things I needed to know. Because of them and Oscar Fernando, my buying experience was so simple and fast. Good teamwork! More

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and just general common courtesy offered here at the service center. We dropped our car off at 10 am for an oil change . No calll backs until I called manager and then was given a lame excuse that they had some bogus number. Picked up car and was told to wait in bay for car . NO thank you, no sorry for the Inconvenience or anything . Some porter pulled car up and no one came out to say anything so we just got into our car drove away. Iwe have never dealt with dealerships like this before. Don’t think we will be buying another Hyundai in the future. My daughter didn’t even get her Free car wash certificate when car was purchased. Not very happy with This dealership. We got the run around every time we called - from oh Amber is on the phone , oh Amber isn’t here to she’s busy. So which is it. Turns out Amber wasn’t even our advisor. Some guy named Sid ? Was and he even confirmed my daughter’s cell phone back to her drop off time. And still no call till 5pm . Seriously a 7 hour oil change! Ridiculous More
