Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and just general common courtesy offered here at the service center. We dropped our car off at 10 am for an oil change . No calll backs until I called manager general common courtesy offered here at the service center. We dropped our car off at 10 am for an oil change . No calll backs until I called manager and then was given a lame excuse that they had some bogus number. Picked up car and was told to wait in bay for car . NO thank you, no sorry for the Inconvenience or anything . Some porter pulled car up and no one came out to say anything so we just got into our car drove away. Iwe have never dealt with dealerships like this before. Don’t think we will be buying another Hyundai in the future. My daughter didn’t even get her Free car wash certificate when car was purchased. Not very happy with This dealership. We got the run around every time we called - from oh Amber is on the phone , oh Amber isn’t here to she’s busy. So which is it. Turns out Amber wasn’t even our advisor. Some guy named Sid ? Was and he even confirmed my daughter’s cell phone back to her drop off time. And still no call till 5pm . Seriously a 7 hour oil change! Ridiculous More

This is my favorite Hyundai Dealership location in San Antonio. They are very respectful and treat customers to the best way possible. He provided phenomenal customer service by showing and explaining details about vehicles we were interested in. Sam, on the other hand is one of the best finance persons you can deal wish. He helped us with pricing by trying to work out numbers to give the best price with discounts. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying Hyundai vehicles!! My car sat u touched for 3 weeks. No one called or updated or asked me what was to be done with my car. No one would answer the phone and if they did they were extremely rude and gave No one called or updated or asked me what was to be done with my car. When I finally decided to move it it took them 3 hours to find it be they didn't know where my car was. Then tried to charge me a fee for my car sitting there for so long like it wasn't their own fault that the car had been sitting there that long. Terrible service on all ends. More
