Made appointment was told from mike they would only look at the car and order the strip on the dashboard and then come back only take a hour in and out. I was scheduled for my maintenance issue via BlueLink. I brought my car to the dealership at the allotted time, and was immediately met by a service rep. There is construction going on at the dealership and because of it directions to the site are not clear. But that is to be expected.
