The staff was just generally rude and barely had time to bother answering questions regarding my service. The facility was a disaster! Waited 3 hours for oil change in spite I was first in line at 8am and others behind me were done before me only to find out my car was already done and parked within an hour and a half but reason I wasn’ line at 8am and others behind me were done before me only to find out my car was already done and parked within an hour and a half but reason I wasn’t discharged earlier was because whoever was responsible lost/misplaced my keys but didn’t tell me. Only reason any effort was taken to search for my car keys was because I brought it to their attention that I had been waiting for 3 hours otherwise I’d probably still be waiting for an additional hour or two. Service department- it's difficult to get in touch with your service rep. I was told "we are busy" and that was the reason noone responded to my calls.
