Disorganized, they were uncertain of the work they scheduled for my vehicle. I was in your shop mid- May 2023 to have warranty work completed and a leaking door seal. When I came in they were unaware scheduled for my vehicle. I was in your shop mid- May 2023 to have warranty work completed and a leaking door seal. When I came in they were unaware of the door seal they supposedly ordered earlier. The door seal they installed isn't the correct one because the new seal leaks more than the old seal. Bad repair work. The technician should have checked for leaks after replacing seal to be sure he corrected the problem. I will have to loose another day because of this poor work ethics. My car was driving odd and the steering indicator came on and my radio display did not work after picking up my car for unrelated issues on Monday.
