I have bought multiple cars from Red McCombs Hyundai, avoid this location like the plague go to the NW location off I10 and UTSA Blvd. Service people are a nightmare, unhelpful and have no idea what cust avoid this location like the plague go to the NW location off I10 and UTSA Blvd. Service people are a nightmare, unhelpful and have no idea what customer service is. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to someone I hated and this is from a customer that has bought multiple vehicles from Red McCombs. More

I wish I can give minus; was there for normal service just to make sure everything is ok before my trip to Canada. Everything was fine but out of caution; I also requested tire balance and tire alignment just to make sure everything is ok before my trip to Canada. I went back the next day, and they took the entire day and returned the car with the same issue, very bad. I went to a different auto repair and they were able to partially correct the ISSUE CREATED BY RED MCCOMBS SUPERIOR HYUNDAI. They have worsened my car's condition and it appears that the mechanics have poor knowledge. Not happy at all, regret my decision to go to Red McCombs Superior Hyundai. More
