I’m not someone who complain but the services I receive here was horrible. This place had lack of communication I had to call several times to get ahold of the advisors and manager. The manager I would call and he got back to me once, I left voicemails and he never got back to me to this day. I had to go down to the place so many times. The first advisor was no longer working there anymore and no one told me so my car sat there for 2 weeks and was getting no work done on it. They spilled oil in my car and used my shirt to cover it up that way I won’t see, when I got it detailed the stain was still in there. Overall, it was a bad experience, don’t take your car here! More

They stated that they would offer shuttle rides and that was not the case. They would take me to my house but would not pick me up to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle was brought to the Hyundai Dealership (May 15th 2023) for repair ... the transmission was acting up, for a gurgling A/C system, and for an intermittent driver's side tail light. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for almost 2 1/2 months with little to no communication and when did call to inquire about my vehicle ... the service advisor never picked up and in leaving a message, never received a call back. I finally received a text (July 21st 2023) that the maintenance was finished and my vehicle was ready for pickup. 1) Removed and Replaced Transmission ... but left engine wire harnesses that are routed over transmission unsecured, harnesses just laying on top of transmission instead of being clamped up to attach points like the should be. (Bad) 2) Intermittent driver's tail light ... I was told it was a tail light harness issue, Dealership Removed and Replaced tail light harness, guess what ... driver's side tail light still out. (Go figure) Did tail light burn out between now and then (week later) who knows ... All I know as a customer, it's still not working and if you ask me ... removing and replacing tail light harness should include new bulbs ... (Just saying) 3) A/C system gurgling ... Was told the problem was a bad A/C hose, ... hose was removed and replaced. You guessed it, A/C system still gurgling. (Issue was not fixed). 4) Vehicle received back with broken positive battery terminal cover broken, it was not broken prior. 5) Vehicle received with loose positive battery terminal connection, issue found when looking at broken positive battery terminal cover. Please note ... Rebuilt transmission works fine, no complaints. But i am left with little to no confidence in the Red McCombs Hyundai Maintenance Organization, and would leave the with a poor rating.
