The advisor was wonderful and they completed the service quickly and did a great job. The only draw back was navigating the dealership. It was a little hard with all the construction. Lack of communication killed the service. I was told my car would be ready in two days max. I had to call and text the representative numerous times to get a status. I had to talk to the supervisor and was told that the representative was not working there any more. My car was not ready until the following week. I missed work ans had to rent a car. The rental was only covered for a day and up to today, my warranty hasnt heard from the dealership to cover for my rental. It was a nightmare. More
