1st experience with dealership service dept was horrible, service adviser came out, asked what we needed. I explained we would like to have the oil changed and that we would like a windshield washer issue l service adviser came out, asked what we needed. I explained we would like to have the oil changed and that we would like a windshield washer issue looked at. The adviser told me they do not change oil at their facility and that I would have to drop the car off at a later date to have the washer issue looked at. I could understand the dealership farming out oil changes, but I tried to make an appointment for the washer issue and was told in no uncertain term the only way the could look at it was to leave the vehicle for an undetermined time. My wife and I had a very pleasant car buying experience at your dealership but your service dept is anything but. Back to the oil change, we went to the shop as directed and was treated as a valued customer all went well and we were satisfied with the service and price. More
