Candy Cain was my salesperson and I was so impressed with her knowledge and honesty. She’s polite and put us at ease immediately. the purchase was fine, it's the after sale service that is lacking. I recently traded off the truck I bought from Red Rock nissan, called to cancel my 3 policies I purchased with the truck and it been over is lacking. I recently traded off the truck I bought from Red Rock nissan, called to cancel my 3 policies I purchased with the truck and it been over a month. I sent them proof of sale. Savannah sent me the same form I completed a month ago and said if I fill it out she can re submit the cancellation. Instead of sending me my money about $2200 its somewhere in limbo and now they want me to fillout th esame form, with th esame information so they can try again. I may never get my money. More
