This dealer will did not take responsibility for their action. Had my 2022 outlander serviced; oil change and tire rotation. My front tire had 2 lug nuts loose. They DO NOT TORQUE YOUR LUG NUTS TO SPECS. action. Had my 2022 outlander serviced; oil change and tire rotation. My front tire had 2 lug nuts loose. They DO NOT TORQUE YOUR LUG NUTS TO SPECS. I immediately felt my vehicle shaking after the rotation and found 2 lug nuts loose and they stated to not have been them, as they took it back to “inspect” if I saw them hitting them with an impact and now does not shake. HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS BE CAREFUL TO COME HERE More

Came into this dealership to get an oil change, to have the advisor(Arseny) in the front sell me a generator/transmission service for my PHEV. I arrived home and did some research on what it really does an the advisor(Arseny) in the front sell me a generator/transmission service for my PHEV. I arrived home and did some research on what it really does and what I bought for 250$, only to find out that the service for generator is every 100k miles, and my car has 32k miles! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! THEY WILL ROB YOU ! I’m very disappointed and will contact a lawyer More
