How can u make it better? Bob told me I need a cylinder replaced on my 2014 white Jeep. I talked to him several times. When I learned u guys stripped the screw to attach the spark plug (I’m not a mechanic to know correct terminology) Bob then told me while he change the spark plugs it was already like that. REALLY BOB ??? Then why didn’t u tell me? Why didn’t u blame it on the guy who did it before? Something?! He said well that’s not the reason ur engine light is on. Really Bob because I had a guy put some copper wiring to hold the spark plug (again wording might not be accurate) and it runs good. Once in awhile it’ll act up. So now how can u get it fixed properly?
