The sales man Edward was very courteous and was able to get my price range for my new truck that I was looking for. I recently purchased a 2011 Dodge Caliber as my very first new car purchase. My experience at Reedman Toll was exceptional. In particular I would like to say that working with Ed Rouda really made the first new car purchase. My experience at Reedman Toll was exceptional. In particular I would like to say that working with Ed Rouda really made the whole process a success. Ed was patient and friendly, and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. For instance, while the dealer did not have the particular color car I wanted, Ed went out of his way to ensure I would receive the exact color/model I desired. The car was ordered and arrived-fast. I will definitely be referring Ed to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a vehicle, and will definitely be coming back to Reedman for any car purchases in the future. More

We dealt with Ed and Jim in Chrysler and then Ed and Eric in Cheveloret in which Ed was our sales person. He showed us a variety of cars and was very attentive in the questions that we asked and answered the in Cheveloret in which Ed was our sales person. He showed us a variety of cars and was very attentive in the questions that we asked and answered them to the best of his capibilty. We were buying a Chrysler 200 and the transaction was going smoothly and when the vechile was ready and being shown to us by Ed it turned out the radio was not working. They took it back to the service station and was told that it was not working and to take the car and bring it back next week. We said that comment is ridicioulas as we did not even drive off the lot as of yet. They then bought us down a similar Chrysler which we hereisant in purchasing. We were interest in the Mazda6 and the Chevy Impala. We asked if they would allow us to purchase one of those cars that are more expensive than the Chrysler for the same price as the Chrysler. Thye initially offered us an additional $500 off on the new Chrysler, but we liked the Chevy. They claimed that the Chevy was much more expensive because we wanted the top model. They came back to us after a 1/2 hour or so and was able to make it work. So we walked out with a Chevy Impala top of the line for the same price as the Chrysler. I have been to a few dealerships looking for the right car for me. From the first handshake to the last, Ed was friendly, professional and most of all, knowledgeable about the product. We went to Reedman just to look. We have not had good experiences in the past w this dealership. Ed was great, he even hurt his arm to show us something on a van. Mr. Anderson, Sr Sales Consultant, was very helpful and professional from the very first moment I called the Chrysler dealer asking for help to the final moment I drove off with my new vehicle. He was on professional from the very first moment I called the Chrysler dealer asking for help to the final moment I drove off with my new vehicle. He was on point with everything I asked for - specifications on the new vehicle and the monthly payment I was looking for. By the time I had to do all the paperwork, it was past their normal business hours and he never once made me feel rushed. On the contrary, he answered every question I had and he made sure I was well taken care of in every part of the transaction. I've also heard rave reviews about their service dept and I look forward to having my new vehicle fully serviced there as well. I highly commend Mr. Anderson and will refer any business to Reedman Toll. More

I went to the dealership with an incentive that I had received in the mail the day before. I already had an '09 Dodge Challenger. It was running fine, looked cool, etc. But when we started crunching some received in the mail the day before. I already had an '09 Dodge Challenger. It was running fine, looked cool, etc. But when we started crunching some numbers, I couldn't walk out of there without a new car. The deal that they offered me, I couldn't even say to them "Ok, let me think about it, I'll get back to you". It was an absolute "NO BRAINER". They got me out of a car that I was upside down on, paid it off, plus got me a great deal on a 2011 Challenger. So, I got a new car, plus upgraded my vehicle at the same time. I purchased the 2011 Dodge Challenger "Rallye". The thing is loaded, I love it. The only thing that it doesn't have is the navigational system. But that's ok, I didn't want that option anyway. The only option that I wished it would've come from the factory with was the rear deck spoiler. I figured it came with all the other extras, Dodge could've sprung for that too and made it part of the Rallye package. My package had the $2,000.00 dollar option package. The maker couldn't spring for another $200.00 dollar option too?? All that said, the dealership was the reason that I bought the car. The salespeople were great. The Finance Mgr. made it happen also. No haggling, just some straight ahead - deal making. Everyone at the Reedman- Toll Dodge - Jeep dealership was outgoing, friendly, courteous, and well versed in the product that they sold me. I've bought vehicles there in the past, so I thought that it was time to give them my business once again. After the deal that I got yesterday, I may be there for the rest of my life. I'm the type of person who purchases a new car every 3 or 4 years. So, it'll pay off for me to continue to do business there. Thanks again, guys!!! Great deal on a great car. Bill Laigaie More

Another job well done by Bob Nieves who sold me last year a Jeep wranler. This past week i asked Bob to sell me a Mazda Miata from Reedman which he did. In all the years that i have been purchasing a variety of cars from other dealers, Bob is the only person that i have had that was not your "typocal" agressive sales person. He was willing to listen and come up with options. I would refer Bob to anyone.
