I had a very pleasant experience at the service center with Megan Barnes on the morning of 10-08-21 when I had to take my 2018 Pilot in to get looked very unexpectedly (which has been good to me up to thi with Megan Barnes on the morning of 10-08-21 when I had to take my 2018 Pilot in to get looked very unexpectedly (which has been good to me up to this point). It began after I drove it to my work early morning and turned off the car and then attempted to turn it back on to move it up further in the parking space. Instead, all the warning lights turned on and began cycling several warning messages on the dashboard and would not turn on again. But in the time I called for a towing service through my insurance, I attempted to turn the car on one last time and it finally turned on! By this time, my husband also met up with me at work (because we have had some bad experiences from other dealer service departments) so we drove the car directly to Regal Honda (expecting the same experience). But we were met by Megan who was very courteous and took care of us very quickly even though we showed up without an appointment! Because of this fact, we were expecting to have to sit in the waiting room all day to get an update on the car. But we were pleasantly surprised again when Megan offered their shuttle service home while we wait for an update! Shortly afterwards, Billy the shuttle driver was literally a gentleman in the way he drove us home and therefore give him five stars as well! And I say this because I usually can't handle someone else's driving and get an upset stomach as a result but Billy was so gentle in the way he handled the van that I almost fell asleep! Within a sooner than expected time frame, Megan contacted us with the diagnosis of our car and fortunately it was only a dying battery! Regal did not compound the problem and say there was something else defective with the car to make more money (which we have experienced in other dealerships with other brands). Shortly afterwards, Billy notified us that he was on his way to pick us up and take us to Regal where the transaction was made without delay and our washed and repaired Pilot was waiting for us. More

I was treated respectfully by Jessica Torres.
