We try to make every attempt to resolve the problem, we also like to be upfront an transparent with our customers. Which is why from the beginning we let you know it was an aftermarket part installed elsewhere and may not be able to be calibrated correctly. However, there would still be a labor fee involved due to the time spent. Aftermarket parts, while cheaper, can cause issues.

Good afternoon Mr Steien. I have accessed your records and spoken with the service advisor that you worked with regarding the repairs. Unfortunately anytime aftermarket parts are involved in a repair (which is what you had on the vehicle) there is no guarantee that a repair can successfully be made with those parts. The only fees that you were charged were for diagnosis and labor for the technician to try to repair the work that was originally performed at a tire repair facility - which you agreed to before any work was done. The aftermarket part failed here as well as at the original tire repair facility and it was found that the other 3 sensors were failing as well. That leaves the only other option of replacing all 4 tire repair sensors which we are more than willing to do for you. We understand your frustration but, anytime non-factory installed parts are involved the outcome cannot be guaranteed.
