Regal Honda - Service Center

Damaged fender from "free" tow for tire repair. No repair there. Year & Half - still NO FIX - for IN Warranty Repair on Cruise Control. Even sent in Video because Regal couldn't diagnose when tak No repair there. Year & Half - still NO FIX - for IN Warranty Repair on Cruise Control. Even sent in Video because Regal couldn't diagnose when taken in weeks earlier. Went if for Gimmicky TV ad, 2 1/2 hour later, lots of promises 'to take good care of me' got quote for deal with 5 year old Odyssey trade-in, they offered less than $5000 for it. Immediately left. Adam is my number one service guy! Any time I have needed service on my car he has helped me above and beyond necessary.
