Not happy with the cost of replacing a purge valve and electrical wire. Originally told that a wire was bad, but they replaced a whole harness. Chrissy and Austin were both very helpful and kind. Sal seemed indifferent, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. Upon arrival I had a young man greet me, he stated someone would be with me directly. I waited for 30 minutes before, going back and asking about when my car would be seen. Sal walked by and the young man let him know that I had spoken to him on the phone and was waiting for my car to be looked at. Sal passed it off to Austin which was fine, Austin did a wonderful job assisting me. I’ve been using this locations service center for 23 years and have experienced this before. More
I always have my car serviced at Regal, It takes longer to get there and is more expensive but they wash and vacuum your car, up until a year ago when the car wash was put out of service. I went online yesterday to arrange a service appointment, asked specifically if the car wash was working, assured by Danny B that it was, went to Regal for my appointment and asked to confirm if the car wash was working. No, it is not, can you say bait and switch. Why lie about the car wash. I left without getting my car serviced, and I will find an alternative place for my service appointments. More
