Based on the issue we were having with our vehicle, I asked to speak with the General Manager. I spoke with “someone” in the Service Department instead. If I wanted to speak with someone other than the GM, I would have requested that. I was then told that the District Manager does not take phone calls. Well, directly from KIA USA, the district manager was the only person who had the authority to make a decision regarding our vehicle. I’m feel like I have exhausted every avenue regarding our issue and it has yet to be resolved. With that being said, I personally purchase a vehicle every 2 years. I will not purchase any vehicle from Regal Kia or any Kia for that matter. The service and response time is well below acceptable. I am fully aware that this survey will have no affect in the outcome of our issue other than eating my valuable time writing it, but in the minuscule chance that someone of importance sees this, I would like that person to be fully aware of our dissatisfaction with KIA Motors and that I will never purchase KIA.
