My wife and I went to Regals to buy a car. We ended up buying two cars; one for me and one for her. This was the worst experience for both of us. Her cd player and various cosmetic stuff wasn't working. T buying two cars; one for me and one for her. This was the worst experience for both of us. Her cd player and various cosmetic stuff wasn't working. They refused to assist her in any way. Then came my problems. First the computer wasn't working the first day I bought the car; they had to keep the car for two weeks to fix this. Then 2 days after I received my car again, I had to tow it at my own expense back to the dealership because the water pump failed. Then soon after I got the car back again, the transmission failed. I took it to get a second opinion and I was advised that it is going to cost me about $3000 to fix. I have not been able to enjoy my car or this experience. The dealership now refuses to help me fix the problem and I feel unsafe driving the car. I feel depressed and distressed with this whole situation. I cannot get any sleep. I am not in the mood to enjoy the little things in life. My wife and I regret this whole experience and don't wish it upon anyone!!! So please, I beg you do not do this to yourself and go see this lady or anyone in that place. More
