So I'm still waiting for the part for my "emergency road repair" while traveling through.. It looks like I'll be at the dealership for almost 48 hours before we're done. Getting a part for a warehouse 50 miles away takes a full day. Service Manager promised they're moving "as fast as they csn", but NO evidence of any sense of urgency or any attempt to expedite the part - even with me offering to pay extra to courier it. SM just said tough luck - and promised to expedite then again DID NOTHINGl. Laura is service was nice, but the management just doesn't care about the customer I hope I can get out of here and never have to come back More
Customer service - Not at this dealership ! I am from NH, visiting the Spring Hill area. I visited the Register Chevrolet website and tried to make an appointment for an oil change. I filled out the form and submitted it and got an email saying someone would contact me. I waited 3 days, no one did. I called the dealership and spoke to a receptionist who apologized and made an appointment for my 2016 Chevrolet 2500. 15 minutes before the appointment time, I arrived to check in. The service writer seemed aggitated that said I had an appointment for an oil change and told me I didn't and couldn't have one because oil changes are on a first come first served system. So after lecturing me for 20 minutes he finally told me where the waiting room was. 20 minutes later he marches into the waiting area and shouts across the room to me. "Your check engine light is on !" I told him that it wasn't when I pulled in here. He said, "Well, it is now!" And abruptly left the room. An hour or so later the very pleasant cashier called my name, said my truck was done and parked outside. I paid for it and left. My check engine light was not on. I wrote an email to the service department and told them of my experience. I still haven't heard from anyone. Next winter when I'm visiting, I'll drive 40 miles to a different dealer rather than go back to Register Chevrolet. I was also thinking about trading in my RV at Register RV Sales and buying a new one. But they have lost my business forever. More
Poor service My 2018 Vette has a warble noise in the rear. They changed one axle and said that fixed it. It didn’t. Bad service, disresptful employee, didn't fix problem took my 13 Chevy Malibu on trip last week, after 500 miles engine light came on. It was Sunday so we stopped at auto parts store to check with meter. took my 13 Chevy Malibu on trip last week, after 500 miles engine light came on. It was Sunday so we stopped at auto parts store to check with meter. They said code was. Reset it. Next morning we took to local dealer in Alabama. They said vehicle was fixed, and we got back on the road. On return trip close to home light came on again. We called William at register and he told us to come in We gave him a copy of other dealers invoice, with error code and what they did. William didn' t want to know anything about what happened before. The register invoice stated noise under hood only. When we were called with an estimate we were shocked. They claim my air conditioner was ready to blow apart and would cost about $1100. We brought it to them to diagnose engine problem, but all the sudden our air conditioner condenser was the problem. The air condition has ever been a problem and continues to work well. The whole experience with this dealer was terrible. William the service mgr. was rude and screamed at myself and my husband. We have paid over $ 330.. And have a car with engine problem and now an air condition problem. Neither of them fixed More

He said we were fine and it seemed to be working but just to be sure we should go the service area and request a diagnostic check. The service manager set up an appointment. When I arrived he took the car and since he didn't have any loaner cars available, suggested I have coffee and donuts in the waiting room. Less than 90 minutes later, the diagnostic was done, the failed part detected and replaced and a chilled car returned to me along with a warranty report. No charge. More

The customer service representative was very unfriendly and when he made the comments that I had not had my 15000 mile, filters changed etc. I asked him to check for sure, because I had bought the vehicle from Register with 20,000 miles on it. He got very rude and said this is the first time you brought it in and when I tried to explain, if it needed to be done then, why hadn't it been done when the vehicle was sold to me? He did not answer me and told me to go wait in the waiting room. Almost 2 hours later my truck was done. Very unfriendly atmosphere, all around. More
