I took my 2015 Yukon in for issues with the transmission which is under warranty because they just replaced it a year ago. Was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with transmission but that my radiator w which is under warranty because they just replaced it a year ago. Was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with transmission but that my radiator was leaking. I have 107k miles on my Yukon and have not noticed any leaks or problems with radiator. . Was told it would be $1600 to replace it and it needed to be replaced soon. Very disappointed that they would fabricate this to make money and take advantage of a woman. Won’t be referring anyone to Reiselman and I won’t be back either. More

Happy with truck, no complaints. Was the deal a good deal? Yes & no. Never bought from a dealer that didn’t include a free oil change or two…. Never bought from a dealer who’s salesman didn’t reach out with a courtesy call after the sale nor have I heard from anyone from the dealership since the sale. Matter of fact, I’ve called numerous times within the week of purchase to have something scheduled to be fixed in the body shop and speak with the person suggested by the salesman and I finally had to give up. Left voicemails, never returned calls, nothing! Communication seems to be the worst thing about this dealership. I guess since I live 2 hrs away, they aren’t worried they’d see me again. The truck was exactly what I wanted, dealt with salesman for a week and a half. I finally told him he was the first salesman I knew not eager to make a sale, I knew what I wanted to pay and what I expected out of my Jeep, it’s like he never went to the sales manager with my offer. I was so serious about the deal I made 2 - 2hr drives to get the deal done because I didn’t feel like he was doing me justice. One of those days he knew I was making the drive, instead he left it in the hands of another salesman. To clarify- Jon was the one who stayed and showed me the truck on my first visit. He was a great guy and seemed eager to help. Kellan, I don’t think he cared if he sold a truck or not. More
