Reiselman GMC - Service Center

Brought my truck back in after having new brakes put on because they were squeaking. Had a 8am appointment. 3:45pm I get a call saying its finally done. Picked it up and drove off, 1 mile down the road and because they were squeaking. Had a 8am appointment. 3:45pm I get a call saying its finally done. Picked it up and drove off, 1 mile down the road and brakes are still squeaking. Went straight back and was told sorry but I need another appointment. Was leaving for Florida the next morning on Vacation so I had to drive a squeaky truck to florida and back. Got back made another appointment and another 8hrs later I had to go by and find out if it was ready. O sorry we had to get new brake pads delivered. Why make a appointment for brakes and they know its to replace them completely if they are just going to keep a truck the entire day. So in total my truck was in this service dept for 16hrs for squeaky brakes they installed. Not so much as a follow up to update me as to what was going on. SAVE YOUR TIME. Go else where More
