I set an appt. for an oil change @10:AM and was asked if I wanted to leave it or wait. I said I would wait. When I showed up for the appt. they said it would be a 4 for an oil change @10:AM and was asked if I wanted to leave it or wait. I said I would wait. When I showed up for the appt. they said it would be a 4-5 hour wait. I asked why and was told that I needed to be there by 7AM. My next question was why did I make an appointment. So, the moral of the story is don't make an appointment with Reliable Chevrolet because they won't honor it. Left a message for the general manager a week ago and still no response?????????? More
