My only experience is with gem is buying my car. The car wasn't detailed very well. My salesperson mislead me. I had to go back to the dealership to get my final paperwork/ contracts which were s The car wasn't detailed very well. My salesperson mislead me. I had to go back to the dealership to get my final paperwork/ contracts which were supposed to be emailed to me. I was never offered a tour of the dealership. No one contacted me when my plates and registration were ready. In general, my experience was subpar even for the car business which says a lot. More
