Well had a scheduled appt at 9am for a oil change and didn't get my truck till 1pm it took you guys 4 hrs for a oil change no phone call letting me know my truck was ready for pick I had to call to check didn't get my truck till 1pm it took you guys 4 hrs for a oil change no phone call letting me know my truck was ready for pick I had to call to check and on top of that after talking with Marcos my truck was ready and then get there to wait another 20 mins because he didn't know why my truck wasn't ready I mean come on its a oil change it wasn't busy there and the whole situation was frustrating. Customer service took a major downfall after covid Noone wants work and no integrity anymore. Bottomline if it wasn't for my truck warranty to get my oil changes there I would be going somewhere else... More
