Service writer was friendly and professional. My car was ready very quickly and the issue was resolved. They did leave a mess in the back, but I just gathered up the debris. It took two days to get my car back. I was told it would be ready by 330. I called at 4:00 because nobody had called to let me know what was going on with my car. When I talked to some t I was told it would be ready by 330. I called at 4:00 because nobody had called to let me know what was going on with my car. When I talked to some they told me they were down one technician. No communication from the service team at all. Every time I go in for service I run into some sort of a problem and they don’t care if I’m happy or not! Very dissatisfied! More
