Patricia Charles was my sales person and I would like to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Ms. Charles for the positive vibes from beginning to end in my car buying experience!! NO gimmicks, she didn't try to pull t give a huge SHOUT OUT to Ms. Charles for the positive vibes from beginning to end in my car buying experience!! NO gimmicks, she didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes, she was up front, and TRUTHFUL in everything that was brought to the table!! When I didn't understand some of the dealership lingo, or terminology in the financing, I felt at ease to ask and she explained in a way that I could understand. Purchasing a vehicle is exciting, it also can be scary in a sense, Ms.Charles....OMG😁..leaving Reliable Chevrolet that evening, I felt like one of the luckiest and completely satisfied customers with her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and with her determination to get us the best deal, she helped us leave the lot with a BRAND NEW, NOT USED, A BRAND NEW 2022 EQUINOX!!!!!!! I will most certainly refer family and friends to Patricia Charles and to Reliable Chevrolet!!! More

The salesman (Tristiano) was great, he worked with me and answered all my questions. Once it got past them it wasn’t great. I have called several times and left voicemails about stuff they still owe me and h answered all my questions. Once it got past them it wasn’t great. I have called several times and left voicemails about stuff they still owe me and have not received any response in over a week and a half. They are quick to ask for a review, but won’t assist me in gaining any of the emergency equipment they owe me, or answers to the warranty questions I have. No sense of urgency once they sell you the vehicle. More
